What a purchase does and does not change

Independence, data handling, and refunds

Independence

Grades, methodology, weights, and which endpoints are listed are never for sale. A bundle's numbers are read from the same published dataset a free visitor reads on the same day; nothing about a purchase changes a finding, a score, or a grade for any endpoint, including one owned by the buyer. Every report keeps its attribution to the open-source project and cites the FHIR R4 or SMART App Launch spec passage behind each finding, the same citations the free evidence page carries.

What is measured, and what never is

Every report, free or paid, comes from exactly two public, unauthenticated documents: a FHIR CapabilityStatement at /metadata and, where published, a SMART discovery document at /.well-known/smart-configuration. No credential is ever used, no patient data is ever requested, and no authenticated behavior is ever exercised. This project has never held patient data and a purchase does not change that; see how we grade for the full probe contract.

What a purchase stores

Fulfilling an order stores only what building and delivering it requires: the organization name, accent color, and logo you supply for the cover, the endpoint ids you request, and the email address the download link goes to. The form's details and the archive are deleted after 30 days, the life of the download link. The email address Stripe collected at checkout stays with the order record, so that a later question or refund can be matched to the purchase. Nothing about an order is published. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach this project. A capability link is the credential for a download; there is no account and no password.

What the pages measure

The bundle pages count three steps toward a purchase in Google Analytics, as described on the privacy page: that the plans were shown, that a checkout link was followed, and that Stripe sent a buyer back after paying. Each step carries the plan and its price and nothing about the buyer. Nothing typed into the setup form, and not Stripe's order reference itself, is ever sent.

The delivery promise

The archive arrives normally within the hour and always within two business days of payment. The date is computed from Stripe's own payment timestamp, stated to the buyer when the form is sent, and is not re-estimated later. If the archive has not arrived by then, the purchase is refunded in full.

Refunds

A purchase is refunded in full on request within 30 days, for any reason, and in full when the delivery promise above is missed. Reply to the receipt Stripe emailed you. Refunds are issued by hand through Stripe and reach the original card, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
