live CapabilityStatement fetch (fhirVersion 4.0.1, 8 resource types); publisher 'Cigna, Inc.', implementation description 'ProviderDirectory API', implementation.url matching the requested base, on a Cigna controlled domain; unauthenticated by design per the Provider Directory API requirement, which Cigna's guide states in those words. Corrected 2026-08-19: this entry stood on https://p-hi2.digitaledge.cigna.com/ProviderDirectory/v1 from the 2026-08-05 wave. That address still answers identically, but Cigna's developer portal no longer prints it anywhere; the Provider Directory implementation guide prints the address above instead, and the older host survives only as an unused token-substitution value inside the portal's JavaScript bundle. Both addresses were fetched on 2026-08-19 and both answered. The entry follows what the organization publishes, so it moved; the availability and drift record is keyed on the endpoint id and therefore spans both addresses for this one surface (recorded 2026-08-05).
